Bad experience Kosh Guest house Klerksdorp

I have booked at Kosh Guest house for two evenings 25 and 26 July 2018 . I've explained over the phone to the owner to send me a pro forma invoice and that our company do payments on a Friday . The booking were made on the 18th of July 2018. Saturday evening I recieved a mail from the Guest house saying that the payment was to late and my booking were canceled and they are now fully booked . My money were refunded and I had to look for another guest house . This was the first time in my life that I were treated like a ***** in night by a guest house and I'm traveling a lot due to the nature of my job .
