Shocking service

Wow what shocking service! Left this Morning in tears! I was waiting at the cashier queue, when it was my turn my daughter was not there yet with the documents! I got out of bed feeling sick but still went there for my daughter. The very rude security guard said I must go to the back of the queue as I was not allowed to keep place for anyone. I explained to him I was not well and had an appointment at the doctor. I eventually went to where I was sitting before and then my daughter arrived. Then he came back with the so called manager who approached us. I told her what had happened and that I really was not well and I was by then crying with frustration but she told me it’s not their problem and that me and my daughter must now go right to the back! My daughter was upset and also started crying, we eventually left without paying! Something needs to be done about the staff there, it is shocking the way they treat people.
