No delivery or Reply

Hi. I made a big order from this online store on the 15th of May and have yet to receive my order. I checked everything to make sure it was not a **** they have everything they should according to me. After two weeks I asked them to give feedback on my order. She rep**** saying she will ask. Last week 31 of May she said I would get my order last week. Asked them for feedback and now they won't answer. I expected a lot from them. What should I do. Order was more than R1600. Anyone else ordered from this store?
