Paid for parts for delivery 3 weeks later no parts and struggling to get my money back

I have bought parts for an I20 3 weeks ago(paid in full) and now all of a sudden they do not have the parts and kept on telling me they will have it ready in a day or two and then deliver and now three weeks down the line I am waiting 3 days already for my refund and they just tell me that the payment has not yet been released by their boss! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AS THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS OR SERVICE THEREOF!
