Unhappy Customer

I Tebogo Meloa bought a suziki part from the company which i asked for refund also thr company qouted me false information i have calling the company been talking to different people telling me il be assited i was told il get my refund in 4days till date have not recieved i called in again i was told the person who help me is working in another branch Korean Motor Spare in crests can i please have my refund Bad service from thr company that does not put customer first.
