Terrible customer service

It's a small, nice shop, and their prices are reasonable compared to other spare parts stores. However, there's a man who sits on David's right-hand side whose attitude is just awful. My friend and I walked in; I went to David to show him what I was looking for, while my friend went to this man to ask if they had some kind of car cable holder. Without even looking at what my friend was showing him, the man simply said "No," while he was watching what sounded like cartoons on his phone at a very loud volume. When I politely pointed out that his behavior was inappropriate, he became hostile and raised his voice, all while continuing to play cartoons loudly on his phone. I think that's terrible service
