Refusal to take parts back.

Korean spares springs

I recently bought spares which were incorrect for my vehicle. I took them back to the shop and the sales person told me that he will only take back the parts if I bring a sample(which was already put back into the vehicle)to prove that the parts are not the same.

He didn't even bother to lookup a correct part number or look at my receipt to confirm if the parts really belong to them
