Refusal to take parts back.

Korean space in borksburg opposite Eastland mall is full of nonsense,they sell parts parts which don't fit for your car even after using vin number and when you return them for your money they refuse to take them back,can someone assist me I want this company to pay and if possible this shop must be closed down.
