Erratic attitude

Terrible unprofessional service and erratic attitude by Mike from Umbilo branch. He tells me a price for parts for my Injector I tell him I can only come and order on Thursday as that is when I get paid. He tells me to order today if I want it next week so I borrowed money to come in to order. I leave work early and when I get ther He tells me I must order a set of 3 when he could have just given me the price from the beginning. He was reluctant to help me further and had a very dismissive attitude towards me. I will no longer deal with them. I would rather pay more at Hyundai and get decent service than this below standard service. I come from a background of sales amd know that he could have at least tried to make a plan. He didn't even attempt to help me so I just left.
