Dangerous Substandard Suspension parts

Bought a lower control arm from their Alberton branch and after only 24000km the part sheared in half!I could have had a fatal accident had I been travelling at speed because this is such a critical safety part!Given this you would think that the company would be concerned but No!They shirk all responsibility!Spoke to Mr Daniel Cho(surname spelling could be incorrect) the parts manager who apparently conferred with their parts procurement manager Mr YB Pyeon and their "senior mechanic" Mr Benjamin and all came up with the same mealy mouthed verdict"Oh the car must have been in an accident or hit a pothole and besides we only have a 6 month gaurentee!"Nine of this happened and if it had the part would be buckled instead of sheared cleanly through across its major stress pointsThe reason for this happening is that their substandard part doesnt have a reinforcing plate between the naturally occurring stress that occurs as the part flexes at its attachment points because they have rubber bushes to accommodate this!When I compare their part to the control arm on the other side of the car,this difference can clearly be seen(the Original part is still in perfect condition after 180 000km!)
