Bad service

I'm not please with service of Korean spares Silverton, week before last I enquired about the price of Hyundai i10 break bad, they said the its R450. Today I went to buy them to my surprise, the price went up by R750 meaning I had to buy them R1200 is that possible? I ended up going to Korean Spares Pretoria west thanks to them and their good service.
