Disappointing Service After Previous Positive Experience

I visited Korean Motor Spares in Vanderbijlpark to purchase a replacement clutch cable for my Kia Picanto. I have received good service from them in the past, which is why I returned. In 2025, I bought a clutch cable from this branch using my vehicle’s VIN number. The part supp**** was incorrect. I returned with the old cable, and although the correct part was not in stock, they acknowledged the issue and ordered the correct cable, which resolved the problem at the time. In February 2026, my clutch cable failed again. I returned to the same store. The spares coordinator again used my VIN to identify the part. When he presented the cable, I immediately pointed out that it was incorrect, based on my previous experience. I asked if he could show me alternative clutch cables for the Kia Picanto. He insisted that the part was correct. I showed him a photo of the clutch cable currently fitted to my vehicle. He then confirmed that they did not have that type in stock. I requested that they order the correct cable, as they had done previously. This request was refused, and I was told that they could not assist me further. Given the history and the fact that this issue has occurred before, I find this level of service disappointing. I have since sourced the correct part elsewhere and will not be returning to Korean Motor Spares.
