Dishonest; Korean Bakkie Centre, 16 Brass St, Brackenfell

Korean Bakkie Centre, 16 Brass St, Brackenfell not honest, change their story, added extra charges after wards, parts went missing/changed and Damaged my Vehicle while they were to replace an engine

I took My Hyundai Bakkie to them for an engine exchange , we discuss the price, I queried the price and Chris told me it include all new parts, I asked him if it then include a new radiator, he rep**** yes. He promised me the vehicle will be ready in a week, I then waited just over two weeks. On collection day he informed me I need to pay for the new Radiator, Which I asked why and Chris said there is a whole in my Radiator, I then informed him it is impossible as the radiator was replaced recently and is currently with me. When I got the bakkie back, they damaged my bumper on two different places. That come straight from the panel beaters to them. After I got the bakkie back my starter broke, when I phone the auto electrician, I found out the starter was replaced with a build up between VW and Hyundai parts. Chris also informed me he does a 1500km service, which was to be part of the engine exchange, we made an appointment to be done, when we arrived we got send away, as they did not have staff to do the oil change. we returned the bakkie the next day to do the oil change and then I got a R1800 invoice for an oil change that was supposed to be included in the engine replacement. Not to mention R1800 for oil and oil filter is ridiculous. When I complaint to him he told me to **** off.
