Pathetic Service for a "professional clean"

Good day. I would like to post this here to make you aware as I feel as though I have been ****med. I contacted this company to get a "professional clean" however it was everything but. They started on Thursday and charged R2300 after initially charging R2950 which i said was too high. They agreed to drop it to R2300 to accommodate me. I was also asked to pay up front before time but the job wasnt even done? On Thursday the owners husband of the company arrives with 2 cleaners. They clean from 8 am and message me at 12:49 (less than 5 hours later) to tell me they are done. I asked them if its done and if they're sure and they assured me they are. When I got to the house to inspect it was still filthy and definitely not "professionally cleaned". I complained and asked them to finish the kitchen cupboards and braai area but was told they are in a rush and will have to come Saturday. We then had to avail ourselves for Saturday. I took photos of everything I could see that was dirty and told them to come and clean it. I was also told that the dirt is old and doesn't come off. On sunday I noticed that the kitchen cupboards were still unbelievably dirty and sent a video to show of me cleaning to show it needed some elbow grease to just scrub a bit and it came off very easily. This shows that they just chose to wipe and not clean the areas. Please if you're thinking about cleaning your house, do not go with Korallink cleaning. They are beyond pathetic and over charge you for a service not even done! They didn't even bring their own sponges. When I explained all of this to the owner she was incredibly rude and insisted I pay again. I will never use, let alone pay this company again. There is nothing professional about this cleaning. They waste your time and your house will still be dirty🙂 I have photos for anyone wanting to see
