Kopele Aircons Paarl

The worse customer service. Kopele Paarl servised 4 of our aircons and over charged one aircon resulting in the compressor blowing. When we requested that they must come back as there is a problem after they left. Their technician had the audacity to tell us: (now what did you expect will happen if its old) . If this arrogant technician mentioned the possibility before regassing we would of said don't do it. Now Kopele keeps making lame excuses and are refusing to take responsibility for their error. They knew the technician broke the aircon as they only charged us for 3 aircons. (we paid COD) red flag!!
