Kopano Properties to pay me the R2000 deposit

I have a house that i am renting out I rented my house through Kopano Properties in Rustenburg. They found a tenant for me and no vetting was done on the tenants. A contract was signed and the tenants were always behind with their rent. When the contract was signed Kopano Properties indicated that the deposit will be R5000 and they give me R3000 and they keep R2000. Upon the end of contract which was the 30 November 2020 the tenants owed the rent of R5000 for November, they vacated the house on the 30th owing me R5000. I took the R3000 that I had as deposit and made repairs to the house. The repairs were so extensive that I have spend R16000 I asked Kopano that I need to be reimbursed the R2000 deposit since the tenants vacated the house owing me R5000. Still today there are excuses from the 2 ladies (Priscilla and Musime)from Kopano Properties. They never inspected the house or anything. All I want is to get the R2000 from Kopano so as to pay myself for the rent owed by the tenants of which Kopano Properties did not do anything to get the outstanding rent. I am not sure of their email I have attached email addresses of some of the agents. Please help me. MS OE Raditladi. ***
