Electrician

Koos Steyn from Ideal construction and maintenance came to our home to install a prepaid meter. Once he installed the meter he told us that it isn't a prepaid meter but a sub meter. I asked him straight away why he installed it if he knew that's not what we wanted and he said he would disconnect it and then come back to us and remove it and give our money back. This all happened last year April and everytime i contact him he has a million excuses. We have sold the house and need a electrical certificate because of the changes he made. He has blocked me on WhatsApp and doesn't respond to any form of communication. I hope that this helps someone
