Pathetic service

The most pathetic service I have ever received. Once they have your money they start with rules and regulations. Never tell one beforehand. No water in rooms. One need to walk all the way to the office and ask someone to switch on a pump first. The staff are totally not helpful and extremely unfriendly. Not allowed to switch on a light in the room. Room had a very bad odour. When I asked my money back they refused. regused.refused.
