Poor service

Critical: Professionalism I did send in my HONDA Civic brake noise, was phoned, they do need to replace the rear brakes on the car. They have replaced the rear brakes on the vehicle. The rear handbrake was never adjusted. Me and my wife work every day and forgot to complain about the hand brake that was not adjusted. So time goes on and about a month after the rear brakes was replaced and we still did not phone or complain about the hand brake that is still not stopping the vehicle, I stop at a garage and check the water oil and the normal stuff, I notice that there is almost no brake fluid in the vehicle. At this point I decide to phone Jacques and explained everything, we arranged that they will will pick the vehicle up about two blocks from them at my wife, the following day, they will have a look adjust the hand brake and look at the low brake fluid !!!

I must say that the only thing that was done WAS THE ARRANGEMENT !!!! THE VEHICLE WAS NEVER PICKED UP !!! NOT ONE PHONE CALL !!! Poor Service POOR !!!
