Outstanding service

I have for many years taken my vehicles to Koops for servicing and repairs, and have always experienced fantastic service and professionalism. Yesterday I booked in my Fiat Qubo to have the brake pads checked due to a grinding noise at the front when braking. It turned out that replacement was unnecessary, and the technician cleaned the various parts after which the problem was fully resolved. Another business may well have simply gone ahead and fitted new parts, charging me accordingly. Koops did not charge me a single cent, not even for labour, and to boot my car had been washed when I collected it. Simply outstanding.
