Not happy!

My car was towed to Koops on the 17th of March 2020 by my warranty. By the way, I did not know about Koops. I did not like it because they are in Gezina PTA and I live in Fourways. Anyway, my experience has been horrific and frustrating.

They took a whole week just to submit a quote for the warranty then I had to follow-up with them. I have to always follow up with them. I called the warranty and sorted that out in an hour. I don't know I even waited for a whole week just for that.

I was told the car will take 2 working days to fix. 2 days turned into a week. I was supposed to fetch the car today. I sent a message asking what time to pick up the car, that's when I'm given further excuses.

It's been a month without my car and I still do not know what's happening.

This is my first time dealing with Koops and I'm really not happy.

No communication. Multiple excuses. Never sticks to deadlines.
