No integrity

It would be cheaper to take your car to the original manufacturer such as Toyota or Mercedes, Koops' prices are extravagant and you'll have lots of come backs. No integrity or accountability. The motor mechanics are *********** and they don't give a rat's ass about your car. Maybe they were OK in the past but they went down hill very fast.
