Koops service centre pathetic workmanship

Worst service ever Koops serviced my Audi S5 V8 when car came back the oil level was empty. Then they broke my water bottle and glued the pipe back which they also confirmed later was there fault. Now that same bottle with glued pipe broke off and caused alot off damage. Koops ordered a new bottle but refused to come to me i had to take the vehicle back to them, but this problrm came before i could get change to take it. Now Koops refuse to refund me my money. Stay as far as possible away from Koops service centre Ps they are RMI approved don't want to know how low there standards must be to do such a pathetic job.
