Recently I took my Renault Megane shake it II or be more specific I drove my car to Koops a service depot in Voortrekker road Rietfontein Pretoria to take a look at my car to see what is wrong because it was cutting out at 30 km/h. That was the 13th of September the schedule appointment was on Monday 16th. During the week I phone Koops a few times for an update on my car which was very frustating because they keep telling me they are currently busy and will let me know what is wrong as soon as they get the chance. Which let me think why does Koops make appointments? It took Koops two weeks to work on my car and during this two weeks I CONTACT THEM REPEATEDLY! Eventually Koops contact me letting me know that there is nothing wrong with my car, they test drive it and it was fine, but they just want to make double sure there is nothing wrong. I phone Koops back told them if there is nothing wrong I will come and collect the car. Later that day Koops phone me saying when they put the car back together the problem was back and the car didn't want to run, but keep in mind there was nothing wrong with the car when Koops test drive it. So I agree that they must look for the fault and let me know the cost. In which I already have my speculation, how is that tha car was running and now it doesn't want to start?! After a few days of me phoning Koops and a visit, I spoke to ons of the managers and he told me that there is a problem with my cam belt but the agent who was helping me said they don't know yet. So you can see how confusing that was! Another day or so has passed when Koops let me know that when they removed the manifold a valve came out of the engine and it is going to cost me R17 000 to fix. I told Koops I don't have that kind of money and Koops offer to tow back my car. Keep in mind, tow back my car after I drove the car to them! That afternoon when I came home after work I saw some spares in my car, when I open the bonnet my engine was stripped, the wiring was shuffed to the back of the fire wall and when I opened the boot all the spares was in side with the spilled on my carpet I couldn't believe that a business working with clients can deliver such a service! So I phoned them letting them know how disappointed I was and I want my car in the condition I gave it to them. So they came to collect it and it took another two weeks for them to return my car. It is now in such a bad condition I have to sell it as a no runner! THAT IS THE SERVICE I RECEIVE FROM KOOPS RIETFONTEIN PRETORIA!
