Bad attitude and don't rectify problems

Bad experience they are not willing to assist and help out and than they have a bad attitude and are actually rude I won't recommend koopkrag at all, too many small problems every now and again and when you ask for help you get met with an attitude no thanks cancel and move on arrogance will only get you so far
