Koolvelde Plumbers are unreliable and dishonest

Deposit of R10000.00 for a big job we needed doing. Fixed a few pipes and left assuring us that the rest of the work would be done on Monday morning earliest.

Leakages from the pipes they've fixed got so bad that we had to go through and fix it ourselves. Their people arrived at 10:00 Tha and morning after 2 angry phone calls from us.

They didn't even bring tools to work on the job. Was assured the work would be done and the manager would come through and assist. He never arrived.

We are willing to subtract the work done from the deposit and get a refund for the work not done but they are refusing to repay our money.

We are considering legal action
