WRONG SIZE, DIFFICULTY TO EXCHANGE FOR CORRECT SIZE AND DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I can give negative stars I would! Absolutely disgusting customer service. They take forever to reply and they don’t give you your proper size, they bring a different size that they THINK is fine. They bring the wrong size and then when it’s time to exchange for the correct size, they first mention that other customers get it this specific size and that they based it off of that, and I got asked if I was in a bad mood that day after I said it was the wrong shoe size this was from phone number +***5. It took me two weeks of me constantly hassling them to give me my correct shoe size, for not only them to give me constant excuses for those two weeks, but to also bring the wrong shoe size AGAIN. I’ve given up and just took the other size of which I’m going to have to end up selling. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Disgusting attitude and service.
