Unreliable

I have ordered about a week ago, though when I enquire about my order they do not respond not matter how many times I message them, if only they could be honest with their customers their business would do very well. I was hoping that this would be successful so that I can continue ordering from them, I am very disappointed. I want my shoes or a refund.
