such a ****ty bussiness, dont buy shoes here

This business could be so good, but instead they are blocking me on whatsapp and ignoring me. I asked my boyfriend to order shoes for me and pay it for me, the order was places on the 20th December 2024, it has been 18 days now. They come up with excuses like the courier guy was not answering his phone and then they said it was on the way. I chose pudo since im fami**** with pudo and they are fast. I am constantly asking them for a tracking number, no tracking number. This is honestly DISGUSTING. I am calling them, no answer. I wish i have seen these reviews about them before ordering. I sent them a whole paragraph about wanting the shoes or i want my money back. They blueticked me on Whatsapp. They are ignoring us flat out. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AND WASTE YOUR TIME. I am honestly scared of being ****med. I keep calling their number on mobile, straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous. Im still waiting for my shoes after 18 days now. I contacted pudo and asked them about this business and they said they don’t interfere with other businesses. But they did tell me that the locker i chose is online and available. I dont have a tracking number. The first excuse was “nobody came to pick the shoes up in te lockers, they were closed” Pudo is open 24/7 they must not come with bull**** excuses. I want the shoes or money back
