Lost shoes and long waiting times

I ordered two pairs of shoes on 26 November 2022. After 7 business days I messaged the supplier without a response. After 10 working days the owner informs me that the delay is with one of the shoes and I should select another pair. I asked for the shoe that was in stock to be shipped and I would wait in the other one. The owner advised that this pair would be overnighted. It was supposed to be a birthday gift. Five days later I requested the tracking number as those shoes had not arrived. I then received a voice note from the owner saying that the courier lost the package and that I should select another pair. The owner is rude and does not respond. He also purposefully ignores messages. I would not recommend buying your shoes from this place.
