They ***** you money and then they fetch the machine you are renting. I made a mistake by paying my rent into their account and they refused to give it back. My bill for my water machine and water was R358. Then I paid R5510 into their account accidentally. They can to my house and took their machine back and they still send me a bill to pay. The manager even e-mailed me saying the following : "I believe you took a cooler this month, may I ask why? If one cannot afford it. It sounds like your problem is your budgeting. I recommend speaking to your accountant/lawyer in assisting you with this area before you run into problems elsewhere." But I wanted to get my money back to pay my which I paid into their account.

Very unprofessional and rude. No manners. Thefts.
