unhappy customer . bad service

I visited look kids on the 14 -09-2017 and went to buy a light up shoe for my son who is 3 . They didn't have the size I wanted and Said that they will have it on Saturday the 16.I got an sms to say that they have the size and I rep**** saying I will pick it on Monday the 18-09... took it home my son was over the moon .on Tuesday was the 1st day he used it and went to church and Wednesday they lights wnt working.so I msged the number ( THE SAME TIME TO TELL THEM WHAT HAPPEN)that sent me the msg to say that have the size turnes out to be the " owner ". He Never rep**** so much for customer service..I got to work today the 21-09 called the shop they lady says she will tell the boss to call me wen he comes in ... he never did. The shoe was not even used for a week and the lights went off. Wen I get to the shop he gives me his stupid excuses about not getting back to me.I asked him to a new pair of shoes or give me my money back. He didn't wanna but he got a big board about refunds . Kool kids you have just made me very unhappy and angry . You need to deal with ur supplie cos I will put you in every page on fb that I .can... I left the shoe behind and up till now I never even got a call or an sms. U take ppls money and leave us unhappy.I will be taking you up. My hubby got pics and videos . Ur services is bad .
