kookaburra cricker bat broke in one game

Good day I bought a kookaburra cricket set from game pavelion west ville in december. The kookaburra bat was hit in well. The AB 1890 cricket bat only lasted on game and my son had a good inning and he said dad something is wrong , the handle is lose. We took the g******* and left the string on and clearly we saw its cracked in the middle of the handle. This was after one game. I want that kookaburra replace my sons back this is factory fault or rejects. I even bought the whole kit. Game is blaming kookaburra and said I must contact them. I await your urgent reply THC ants
