Kookaburra Bubble II Players

I bought a new kookaburra bubble II Players cricket bat at Centurion Cricket Company in Lynwood Pretoria. I paid an additional fee for them to knock in the bat and oil it. I was told that a week later i can collect the bat. A week later i collected the bat. The following day i took my son to test out his new bat. Round about 20 to 30 ***** later he said that it doesn't feel if the bat was knocked in properly. I took the bat and found that there was a crack on the toe end of the bat.
I took the bat back to Centurion Cricket Company and showed them the crack. They told me that the rep for Kookabura will come and have a look at the bat. Today i phoned the cricket shop just to hear that the rep will sent the bat to Durban for an evaluation before they make any decisions.
It is unacceptable that on a brand new players bat that was hardly one day old needed to be sent back for evaluation first and then i have to wait for another week just to hear what they have decided to do ( fixing it or replacing it).
Suggestion: If it was a month later, they could have proceeded with their proceedings. But one day after purchase and such a default on the top of the range bat, needed to be replaced
