Horrible experience with brand new equipment

I would just like to share my thoughts about your product.

My son received a very "fancy" Kookaburra cricket set for Christmas. Let’s imagine the excitement for a 10 year old boy. By chance, he received another cricket set from another family member. So, we decided to have a active Jan, we played cricket every day, shame, we live in an enclosed area, all the kids in our area has started joining. No mom, I won’t be playing with my Kookaburra set because the kids will destroy it. We play with his "cheapie" set from Christmas to about one week ago, bare in mind, it is one bat, around 10 kids playing with the bat. It has not broken or dented or bla bla. Here we go on the Saturday 20 January 2018, ALL the kids are there, my son makes everyone play with a TENNIS BALL, because he doesn't want this BAT OR WICKETS damaged. Round one; all kids enjoying the idea of playing with this set. Wait for it.. Second round, this is about half hour in, the ball gets hit, by a 6 YEAR OLD and the entire handle breaks off. So either my 6 year old very skinny daughter has hidden strength or your BAT sucked! I don't know what to say, can you imagine my 10 year old sons face? The embarrassment in front of all his friends, after just being very proud of his set?? This is terrible style! I am truly disappointed in this. Have a beautiful day!
