Wrong product in can of Koo

I bought a can of "butter beans" on 4 April 2021 and upon opening it,there was an entire other product inside,looked like very oily curry vegetables or something. I sent an e-mail to their customer care department on the same day with a picture of the can and content. Till today I have not recieved a single word back from them.
