Great sales pitch but could not deliver...

I have purchased an exhaust and intake from ****rol Freakz and regret going with them over another workshop. <br> Promises are easily made upfront and sounds great but what was delivered wasn't what I wanted and the after sales is really frustrating as you very rarely get a proactive response and often compromise your personal time for ****rol Freakz convenience.<br> <br> They do not keep stock on hand and make excuses for their products at the drop of a hat. The rigid construction of the intake caused a vacuum to break and it was not an exact fit. The exhaust system was also money wasted as I could have taken the car to Powerflow or Viper, paid less and been happy with my purchase instead of having my time wasted.
