False advertising

I was over charged by R200 on a “July special” and when I brought it up Yvette apologized but never gave me a refund. She also managed to get adhesive glue into my eyes when applying the eyelash extensions which has lead to to get chemical conjunctivitis. After politely bringing it up she was very rude and started personally attacking me. It’s not fair that I as a student must pay for a terrible service and get cheated out of an extra R200 from her false advertising. Worst service I have ever received from anyone
