really bad service

if i could give 0 starts i would, when we approached Konsolideer for debt review one of the questions i asked was how would this affect my cell phone upgrade, i was advised by them that as long as my new contract does not exceed the current amount im paying it will be no issues, to day i call my cell phone provider cause im due for an upgrade and was advised that i can not upgrade as I am under debt review.
