BE WARNED - KONICA MINOLTA
Be careful before signing an agreement with this company. Unfortunately their moral values are in parallel than those of Nashua. If you are a company and looking for a printer or PABX system carefully do your homework. Konica Minolta sales agents' are trained to ensure that you only trust their word and and they complete the forms for you. And when you blink its too late to realise they signed you up for 15% increase p/a. When you query this, they just claim its an accident but they cannot change anything now. BE WARNED.

26 Jul 2022, 14:22Changing my review after I had a phone call from a senior official from Konica Minolta. I am impressed by the way the situation was handled by him. Through his kind and generous approach we did realise that they are serious about their name and about their reputation! He provided us with an alternative option which benefits us both and makes us as a company actually feel cared. This changes much more as we are a growing enterprise and both will benefit and prosper in future endeavors.

Through his kind and generous approach we did realise that they are serious about their name and about their reputation! He provided us with an alternative option which benefits us both and makes us as a company actually feel cared.
