****** MEMORY CARD

i went into this store to print out pictures off my memory card, my memory card was put into the machine by the employee to download the pictures, i left the store as he said the pictures will be ready in 20minutes,Upon my return i made payment and took the photos, i left the store and realized the employee did not return my memory card containing ALL MY BABYS VIDEOS AND PHOTOS I HAVE KEPT SINCE HER BIRTH, this is valuable memories only i will understand and the only place where i had everything saved. I called the store twice and they said i should call back as they will look for it, eventually they told my husband when he called the 3rd time 'oh they cannot find anything in the store'. They have no decency to even contact you.SURELY when the next customers memory card was been put into the machine they will notice the one left behind, and they have my contact number on the reciept. or why does it not go into a lost and found box for a period of time for customers to claim!I will never support this store again as they have no compassion and pathetic customer service!!! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Konica Minolta South Africa to Konica Express by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
