pathetic staff and service

worst experience ever , went to the branch at mall @reds on Tuesday 12/03 to get a pic printed from my phone. their printer was not working . the lady took my details told me she will call the next day if it isn't sorted , didn't receive any calls so went after work on Wednesday to collect , get there and printer app was just fixed mind you this is at 17:50 or so pm! my photo wasn't even attended to or they never even bother cause they was other ppls pics printed so its surprising mine wasn't , lady then tells me at that time why don't you use postnet ??? after telling her Tuesday this is urgent and if its not ready call me so I can arrange something else! and then having the nerve to tell me to go to postnet??? *** man pathetic staff and service
