KONICA EXPRESS: *********** AND RUDE SALES LADY

The staff at the phoenix plaza branch are rude, arrogant and totally oblivious to common customer service etiquette. I went into the branch and wanted to have some photos from my device printed. I was told by a gentleman behind the counter that I could Bluetooth it through. The "sales lady" was intrusive, lacked basic common sense, and was completely ******** to the fact that it is rude to handle and/or look at a clients phone and/or photo gallery. She insisted that that I was putting my Bluetooth on first before selecting my pictures to which I responded that " Its my phone and I am fully aware of how to operate it". The entire customer service experience led me to leave the store and not complete the transaction. It is concerning that this store adopts a nonchalant attitude towards its patrons and their privacy. Educating the staff and/or owners on basic customer service skills, etiquette and respect would be the first step in eradicating this form of behavior. The "sales lady" in the store should be educated insofar as respecting a patrons privacy insofar as their device is concerned. Her sales skills (or lack thereof) was nothing short of being RUDE and UNCOUTH.
