Bad Service Konga24 Loans

I have never experienced such a poor customer service treatmen. I've emailed them more than 10 times and never recieved one email response and the disgusting part is that they are at fault, they are the ones who were experiencing an issue. Its been three weeks since an online agreement was made and still they have not delivered on the agreement. I wouldn't want anyone to experience this so I hope my experience will educate others on the bad service of this company.
