You will collect when we tell you 24hrs to be exact but for you 48hrs because we pushed for your vehicle to be fixed.

Can't collect because of lack of updates and service. I visited my girlfriend in PE and will be coming back on Friday. There car was to be fixed in two weeks, was not satisfied with the time frame but accepted. I'm currently in PE and I get a call that tells me to collect within 24hrs. I can only collect Friday if my flight does not get delayed. I don't like how I being bossed around and I await the manager's call as the consultant had not politely said I would be getting one from him.
