I booked my move with the company well in advance,a couple days before the move the company advised me that they have double booked me, to which I responded by saying not a problem we can do 12h00. The driver contacts me the day of the move at 10h30 stating that they were running late,which I responded by saying not a problem. This continued until late in the afternoon. I had made multiple attempts to contact the company yet their sole contact line was turned off. The initial scheduled arrangement was 08h00 it then moved to 12h00 and by 15h10 the driver advised me that they would be coming in a few hours which prompted a cancelation on the last day of the month to move. Ridiculous from a company that prides itself on efficiency.
