Installation of security door

I got a quotation from Komax in Trichardt and paid R6840.00 as a 90% deposit prior the installation. Telephonically confirmed receipt of money transfers on the provided account. It was 12th July 2015 but no installation as yet.I inquired many a time but promised soon,it is even end of September. Please help to speed the process.
