STAY AWAY FROM KOLORZONLINE!!!
Placed an order on 4 July 2026. One miscellar facewash. Two lipsticks. I have tried phoning continuously. I have sent numerous e-mails. No reply, no response, no answer. They will fulfill your first order, to get you to go back. Then nothing. I will definitely be making a turn in Boksburg on my next Gauteng visit, just to tell them, in person, how pathetic their service is. Probably a ****. Definitely stay away from this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A ****!
I have placed an online order with them 2 weeks ago, and still no feedback on shipping. I have tried calling them and sent a WhatsApp as well as multiple emails, no response. It seems like this company is a ****! please do not order from them. I have logged a ***** case with FNB and they are investigating this company. Dont place an order online with KolorzOnline!

I have placed an online order with them 2 weeks ago, and still no feedback on shipping. I have tried calling them and sent a WhatsApp as well as multiple emails, no response. It seems like this company is a ****! please do not order from them. I have logged a ***** case with FNB and they are investigating this company. Dont place an order online with KolorzOnline!

Order placed and paid 17 June. No feedback received, no reply at telephone number. How ever when you try to place another order, there is response from the same telephone number with a message to request payment. ****?

Very bad service DONT buy from them
I placed an order for (expensive) shampoo with them on the 16/6/26 I received order confirmation and nothing else. Emails aren't being answered, messages and whatsapps not read and rep**** to… needless to say I have not received anything🤷🏻♀️😡

STAY AWAY !!
I placed an order with them for 2 x mousse and paid in full. Only 1 arrived. When I queried it, they said I should've been informed they are out of stock and will send the 2nd one within 2 weeks. It is now 5 weeks later already. After numerous emails and whatsapps to them, I have received no response nor acknowledgement from them. They are also not refunding my money.
