Very very very disappointed customer

I have been in touch with Kolor World looking for containers for my business. I can't get hold of the person who rep**** to my email, Mr Sam Galal. He rep**** once to a email and thereafter never again. When you phone the company they tell you to keep sending emails or someone will get back to you. It's 2 weeks now. NOTHING. If anyone can offer a better service please do get hold of me on my email ***. I'm looking for plastic containers/bowls, 125ml deep.
