Zombie apocalypse customer service experience from kolonnade mall

Kolonnade mall continues to disappoint me with bad customer service from every store. Workers have a zombie like attitude and God forbid you need assistance from anyone of them. I have been looking for a navy blue pants and visited all clothing stores at Kolonnade mall when requesting assistance I either got completely ignored or a sigh or a 'we don't have' . Absolutely shocking for people to be in customer service and have no customer service skills. I then visited milky lane to cool off and was left at the table for over 10mins with no assistance I then had to request assistance and I was told to hurry up with my order because they will be closing in 30 mins. Again poor customer service. This mall is 2mins from my house and I would rather drive 35mins to east rand mall to shop happily with excellent customer service skills. Kolonnade WAKE UP!!!
